The Marjorie Younce Snook Public Library held it's grand opening and dedication ceremony on Nov.
29, 2007 in front of the library. On hand for the event included, from left, Faith Wilson, Mayor David Wilson, Jim Smith,
LeAnne Hartsock, Library Director Cindy Suggs, Roberta Mullek, Mort Swaim, Marjorie Snook, Don Lambert, Diane Dombrowski and
Norma Giles. Chairwoman of the Library Board, Norma Giles, gave the special dedication of the library in honor of Marjorie
Younce Snook, for whom the library is named. The library offers reading, audio and visual materials, public computers with
Internet access, wireless connections, copy and fax services, and a community room available for use by the community. The library is located at 202 West Broadway Street across from the Town Hall. The library is opened
Monday through Friday from 9:00am to 6:00pm and on Saturday from 9:00am to 1:00pm.
